Avila Academic Scholarship

Administered by the Office of Financial Aid at Avila University, the Avila Academic Scholarship provides substantial multi-year financial assistance to first-time undergraduate applicants demonstrating strong high school academic performance. Award values range from $16,000 to $32,000 per year, which significantly reduces out-of-pocket tuition costs for traditional daytime, on-campus students. Consideration is automatic upon submitting a standard undergraduate application for admission, eliminating the need for a separate scholarship form. Award amounts are calculated using a grid matrix combining the candidate's cumulative high school GPA and composite ACT or SAT scores. The scholarship is renewable for up to eight semesters (four academic years), provided the recipient maintains full-time enrollment status and meets the university's continuous satisfactory academic progress standards.
