Graduate Recognition Scholarship

Graduate Recognition Scholarship supports newly entering graduate students across the Garden City campus and centers in Hauppauge, Manhattan, or Hudson Valley. Funding is structured on a per-semester tier based on enrollment volume: students enrolled in 6 to 8 credits receive $1,000 per semester, while those taking 9 or more full-time credits receive $2,500 per semester. Consideration is fully automatic upon receipt of a completed graduate admissions application, eliminating the need for a separate scholarship application form. To qualify, applicants must be fully admitted into an eligible graduate degree program and begin their studies in an upcoming entry term (Summer, Fall, or Spring). The scholarship disburses throughout the course of study provided the recipient maintains required enrollment levels and remains in good academic standing without exceeding total tuition and fee costs.
